From what age are Music Dome events accessible?
This differentiates per event. Most of the events at Music Dome are accessible from 18 years and up. If this is not the case, then we will clearly state it in our event info and ticketshop.
At what time do Music Dome events start?
The opening- and closing times of the events at Music Dome can differ per event. The actual and updated opening- and closing times will at all times be mentioned in our calendar, event page and ticketshop.
Is it mandatory to bring my ID when visiting Music Dome?
Our security guards are allowed to ask for identification upon granting access to our venue. We like to be aware of who is visiting our venue. This way we can ensure the safety of our visitors and ourselves.
Does Music Dome have lockers?
Music Dome has lockers where you can store your coat and other personal belongings. These lockers cost €5,00 and will be accessible for the entire duration of the night.
When does the ticket sale of an event start?
The ticket launch date including the event program will be stated on our program page aswell as the Facebook event. Besides that you can also access our ticketshop to view this info.
What can I do with the Music Dome Black Card?
The Music Dome Black Card gives you a 1 year free access pass to literally all of our events. Besides that you will also receive discount at several shops and restaurants that are connected to the service. The Black Card is an exclusive item in the sense that there will only be sold 250 a year - € 95,00 per card. You can find more info and purchase it here.
Is there hearing protection available in Music Dome?
We regard your and our ears as very valuable and encourage everyone to use any form of hearing protection. As a club we feel responsible to give you a viable option to do just that. That’s why we also offer disposable ear plugs at our cash register.
Can I smoke in Music Dome?
Because of the new legislation it is no longer allowed to smoke indoors at Music Dome. This also applies to closed-off smoking areas that were allowed before. During events we will however create a smoking area outside of the club that you can use.
I lost something at Music Dome: how can I retrieve my lost item?
If you lost something during one of our events we recommend that you get in touch with us after the event. Send an e-mail to info@musicdome.nl on the Tuesday after the event. Clearly state what you have lost with a description and (if available) a photograph. Be sure to also leave your contact details in this mail so we can reach out to you.
Can I bring a camera to the club?
Unfortunately it is not allowed to access the venue with a professional camera. We as a club arrange our own photographers that will capture the night in frames. This way you can fully immerse into the clubbing experience, while a professional photographer takes care of the pictures. Although it is allowed to shoot a picture with your mobile phone, we encourage you to not use your phone and just enjoy the night.
Why are there cameras in Music Dome?
Big Brother is watching you. No, these are actually there to ensure the safety of our guests and personnel. All recordings of these cameras will be deleted 7 days after that event took place.
Can I eat something at Music Dome?
For visitors who are hungry during the nocturnal hours we have a diner. You can find this diner at the entrance of our venue. The diner is accessible during all events from 00:00 to 04:50.
